Host Home Audit Shield (“we,” “us”) provides documentation-compliance tooling for Colorado host home agencies. This policy describes what information we collect through this website (hosthomeauditshield.com), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this marketing website; client data processed inside the Audit Shield application is governed by the service agreement and Business Associate Agreement (where applicable) between us and each agency.
Information you provide
When you request a demo, book a meeting, use the chat widget, or email us, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, work email, phone number, organization name, and your message. We use it to respond, schedule conversations, and maintain a record of our communications. We store this information in HubSpot, our customer relationship management platform.
Information collected automatically
This site uses HubSpot’s analytics tracking, which sets cookies and collects standard usage data — pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and referral source. This helps us understand how visitors use the site and improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the site works without them.
How we use and share information

Please do not submit protected health information (PHI) or any individual’s personal health details through this website, its forms, or chat. PHI is handled only within the Audit Shield application, under agency agreements.
Data retention
We keep contact records and correspondence for as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed or upon a verified request.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing tim@hosthomeauditshield.com. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act regarding targeted advertising and profiling; we do not engage in these practices on this site.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
